Softair.ee offers after-sales service and repair for the weapons we sell!

PRICELIST

  • Rifle service 25€.
  • Pistol service 15€.

NB! Prices are valid for not modified guns. In case that disassembling the gun will be more time consuming than usual, we will make you personal offer for job.

In case of repairing the guns the spare parts cost will apply to service fee.

Rifle service contains:

  • Cleaning barrel
  • General check (nuts, bolts, hop-up etc.)
  • Gearbox check (shimming, lubrication, piston, gears etc.)
  • Velocity measurement

Pistol service contains:

  • Cleaning
  • Lubrication
  • Velocity measurement

You can bring your gun to our shop at adress Kesk-Sõjamäe 2, Tallinn. Its also possible to send your gun to Smartpost/Omniva parcel machine loacated at  Tallinna Peetri Selver (Harjumaa). You can also send package to Rae post office or directly to our adress Topweb OÜ, Kesk-Sõjamäe 2, 11415, Tallinn. Contact nr +372 5649 5555. Be sure to include your contact information with the weapon and a description of the service you will order. The cost of returning the weapon by post will be added to the service price. Please let us know by email shop@softair.ee if you want to send a gun to us.

Depending on the workload, we also offer repair services for weapons that have not been purchased from Softair.ee. In the case of such weapons, please inform us in advance at shop@softair.ee.
